Attention Persons with Aphasia & Caregivers! The NAA will be sending out a survey via email within the next day or two. We encourage you to take a look at it and fill it out so that we may better serve your needs. Thank you!
Dear Friend of NAA,
As students begin to mourn the summer and settle into their desks, we have decided to join in with a little education as well - our September newsletter!
This month we have packed our newsletter so full that you may need an extra backpack to keep it all in! Along with our fantastic Group of the Month, we take you abroad as we discuss two multicultural issues with aphasia and then introduce you to our newest resource available for purchase on our online store. Most importantly, don't forget to read about our upcoming regional conference in October. Speaking Out! @ The Midwest Conference will be held in the Toledo/Perrysburg, OH area October 19th & 20th. More details inside!
The National Aphasia AssociationAs you know, technology surrounds us and changes by the second. There are many people with aphasia, caregivers and professionals who now rely on communicating via the internet. Below is a listing of aphasia blogs, online support groups and therapy programs.
